Great products and great service. This is the only place I purchase grilling and smoking gear. Purchased my Weber 9 years ago and it is still running strong. Weber warranty and service is awesome. Herb was excellent! We purchased a TB2040 Smoker Pit for our dad who is retiring from self-employment. Added the pull out tray which works like a charm and Mom loves it! The lump charcoal works great and even the complimentary sauce is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed listening to Herb and his story about his business. He took time with us and wasn’t pushy to sell us on a pit. Because he was down to earth & took time we made our decision immediately & loaded up our purchases. The minute I walked through the door, they made me feel like a part of their family. What a cool place with owners and staff that are appreciative that you stopped by. I could have stayed for hours asking barbecuing questions and looking over their barbecue grills and supplies. No pressure to buy a thing, just great knowledgeable folks who know how to treat people kindly and barbecue like rock stars.

In a day and age where good customer service can be hard to find, they had excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! We will be going back for sure! They had a wide range of pits and smokers. Good prices and good quality.

This is the only place we get propane for our forklift and blacksmith forge we use all the time. The guy that owns it is the nicest guy you could meet and know everything about bbq. We will be coming here for years to come!

This place has everything the casual to expert griller/BBQer needs from grills to accessories. Very impressed with the expertise, service, and prices. Got everything I needed for an awesome grilled turkey this Thanksgiving on my Big Green Egg. Can’t wait to find an excuse to go back. Highly recommended.

Go visit these guys and remember what good customer service is suppose to be like. I was kind of blown away by their customer service. My wife bought me a Big Green Egg from them and after needing some additional parts that I accidentally busted, they supported me right away and helped give me what I need along with other great ideas. Don’t waste your time in the big stores when these guys have the same prices, but treat you like you should. Will go again!

Great people! These guys know what they are talking about. I wanted to buy on offset smoker but to get it on my back porch it had to go thru the house (at over 300Lbs too heavy to carry up a flight of stairs) the width prohibited this. Herb customized the unit so that it would fit. I am very Happy with my purchase and the experience.
